3. Our Refund Policy
We offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery. Please note:
If any portion of the toy has been used or damaged after opening, a partial refund may apply.
Refunds are processed within 3 working days after we receive the returned product.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the issue was caused by our team.
